敦揚科技 Dunyoung RCL-Rear Combination Lamps
Rear Combine Lamps is a combination of tail and stop lamp offering two kinds of red light modes which differ from light intensity. The bright mode represents the stop lamp while the dim mode stands for the tail lamp.
敦揚科技 Dunyoung CHMSL- Central High Mount Stop Lamp
Central High Mount Stop Lamp, also called high-mounted stop light, its mounting position is generally higher than the rear stop lamp. The use of CHMSL is to effectively warn the car behind the user’s car when it attempts braking. When a car, (especially with low-built chassis) has no CHMSL and attempts braking, rear-end accident may occur easily when a truck (especially with high-built chassis) is right behind it.
CHMSL is implemented widely in several developed countries because it greatly prevents the users from rear-end accidents. For instance, in USA, sedans manufactured after 1986 must be equipped with CMHSL according to the law; from 1994, all the light trucks are required to be fitted with CMHSL as well. Furthermore, the response time of LED CMHSL is faster than the traditional brake light by 0.02 seconds which benefits the rear car to have longer buffer distance when braking.

The purpose of daytime running lamps is not to light up the road and help the driver see clearly. Instead, DRL draw other driver’s attention and let them be cautious in advance even during day time. Some countries (such as Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Iceland) regulate that day time running lamps must be turned on all the time. DRL can be dedicatedly-functioned lamps, or their function can be provided by head lamps, front turn signals, or front fog lamps instead.
